Through WPS Button
Using WPS method, you can set up the new extender by clicking one button. If your router supports WPS button, then you need to follow this method, steps are:

Plug in the extender near router and power both the devices.

Push and hold the WPS button of the router and press the WPS of the extender within a few seconds.

It will take a few minutes to complete the rangextd setup process.

After setup, the extender inherits all the custom settings of the router.
Many routers do not have WPS button, in this case, you need to access the setup page of the extender and then use the manual method to connect the extender to the router.
Through Web Interface (Manual Method)

Make a connection between the computer and the extender via an Ethernet cable.

Go to any web browser to access the RangeXTD WiFi booster interface by typing the IP address 192.168.7.250 on the address bar.

Insert the default username and password to login.

After rangextd login, an interface opens on the screen.

On the interface, click on the WiFi Range Extender and select the network name that you want to extend.

Enter the password and click on the Apply button, now your new extender setup is complete.
After connecting RangeXTD WiFi Extender to Orbi AX5400, move the extender and place it at that place where the network range and signals are weak or limited.
